My order is lost/stolen/missing. What are my options? Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order isn't received within seven business days of being shipped, you must report it to us via email using the Contact Page within 48 hours, and we will assist you in contacting USPS. If an item is lost in the mail, we will work with you to file a claim/or do it on your behalf with USPS to find the item. We will resend your order using signature confirmation if USPS grants a refund for the lost items. If items within your order are no longer in stock, we will work with you to find suitable replacements.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on our products. All Sales are final.
